As a bulk billing practice, we offer bulk billing for all patients holding a valid medicare card when patients require GP services.
For patients without Medicare or eligible private health insurance, our fees are $60 for a standard consultation and $90 for the first visit and long consultations. Fee is payable on the day at the reception.
Fees to see Mr Xu, for consultation, $50 out of pocket. $100 out of pocket for procedure generally.
CONTACTING YOUR DOCTOR
Our doctors DO NOT consult over the telephone. A message will be taken when a patient calls with an enquiry and an answer may be relayed for simple matters.
Of course, in medical emergencies or urgent circumstances, calls will be put through to your doctor.

X-rays and other tests can be referred to places wherever possible for your convenience.
Our doctors do not discuss test results with patients over the telephone unless they deem it necessary. To review/receive your results an APPOINTMENT is required.
Government funded Childhood Immunisations are available at the clinic.
Free Flu Vaccine is available for all people from pregnant women, people ( adults and children) with chronic medical conditions (e.g. asthma, diabetes) and Indigenous people. Please discuss with your doctors about other vaccine requirements.
All your medical records are confidential. One core policy in this practice is to maintain security of personal health information at all times. This information can only be accessible for authorised staff. You have the right to access your medical information under the Federal and state privacy law. Please ask your doctor for more information.
